On a recent Sunday noon,my friends and I went to Taoyuan Avignon Vegetarian
restaurant after receiving owner's phone invitation around one week ago.
We had a lovely lunch here and would like to share this wonderful dining experience.
By the way,Taoyuan is home to some of travel hot spots like Cihu Memorial Sculpture Park,
Shimen Reservoir,Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District
and shopping District in front of the Taoyuan Train Station.

Avignon Vegetarian Restaurant is a new type of compound space with fantastic visual
-and gustatury feast, this cozzy warmming building located in Taoyuan cityside.
When We walked in Avignon that day,the seats were almost all occupied.
The Chef and his wife are combining their love for Art with chef's culinary skills of cooking
with french style vegie cusine,whole new finger licking meal will totally fulfill your appetite.

Here's 4 types of healthy set meal in Avignon to choose
and each one of them has it's own unique taste!!!
Each set containes breads,a bowl of soup,amuse bouches,
a main dish,a dessert and a cup of beverage.
All foods made from fresh vegetables、mushrooms、organic edible flowers,...etc.
Avignon's owner,Mrs Chen told us her mother-in-law has a samll farm in south of Taiwan.
The major reason that they insist on Organic farming is protect the environment
from overloading with toxic chemicals and hope her customers eat more healthy food.
Some of materials are be delivered from this farm immediately.

The waiter bring me a big bowl with some vegetables and bread.
But I remenber it should be a soup??
After 2 minutes,the waiter came back and pourred soup into the bowl.Interesting~

Wow! It seems to dirnk tea.

Warm bread with two kinds of homemade spreads.
Mouthwatering Vinalla leman cream.
Rose cream looks so enticing and marvelous.

We ate three amuse bouches and these are very delicate.
Jelly with Apple roll - a fabulous combination of sour and sweet!!!
Sliced Cucumber Konjac with miso sauce - Juicy and Crispy
Edible chrysanthemum with banana cheese roll banana
To dip perilla plum sauce and put all of them into your mouth at the same time.
- Bright new taste that will surprice you.
The waiter suggest us to eat appetizers that start on right hand side.
It is the best way to enjoy them.

Pickled mushroom and water bamboo roots covered with cheese.
Be careful~the plate's very hot!

It matches perfectly.

My friend sipped at it at ease.

We were stuffed and felt very satisfied with meal sets.

Avignon won a prize and awarded it by Taoyuan City Government on 2016.
We can't resist Raw cheese cake and decide to take one out !!!!!!

I smell the flavor of Earl Grey tea when I eat.

If you come from Taipei,you can choose KUO-KUANG(國光客運)
MOTOR TRANSPORT NO.1816.
To get off at Shuang Feng Road. Stop,then walk to the testaurant.
If you come from other countries in Taiwan,you colud take train to
Taoyuan Station(桃園火車站) first.
After that,please pick up one of Taoyuan country bus lines as below,
L101(環狀紅線),L102(環紅甲),105,502
If you confused transport transfer,pls don't be hesitate to contact the restaurant directly.
Driving(自行開車)
If you want to drive your car to the restaurant,plase take the highway exit to Nan Kan(南崁).
A better way is follow your GPS!
