其實『牽漿』就是客家話『勾芡』的意思

【牽漿店】外觀看起來是一間開幕沒有多久,整體給人感覺很新的店家
一走進店內,半開放式的廚房,整潔乾淨明亮
這一點有別於老店的昏暗髒亂印象,也勝過許多小吃餐廳的環境
但其實它是原本1946年開店在竹東的彰化銀行前的70年老店
現由老闆(第三代負責人)接手,選擇在清華大學附近開設分店持續提供好滋味
